Central Valley Senior Mobility & Concierge Services, LLC is a veteran-owned business serving Fresno and Clovis. Founded by Ed Williams-Ruffin, CVSMCS combines experience in mobility services with a longstanding commitment to serving seniors and our community.
We believe transportation begins with a relationship. Listening, allowing extra time, and treating each person with dignity are central to our approach. We call it Senior Care on Wheels—Compassion in Motion.

CVSMCS was founded with a simple purpose: to bring personal attention, dignity, and compassion to senior transportation.
Ed Williams-Ruffin
Principal & Founder
Ed is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former general manager in the mobility industry, with experience serving individuals and families who depend on accessible vehicles. His longstanding community involvement includes serving seniors in assisted living and supporting people facing difficult circumstances.

We explain pricing and transportation arrangements before a reservation is confirmed, answer questions clearly, and communicate changes that affect your trip. We respect the trust passengers and families place in us and are committed to following through on our word.
