Travel to appointments with personal attention and respect. Our wheelchair transportation serves passengers who need to remain in their wheelchair during the trip, whether traveling to a medical appointment, leaving a hospital, or reaching another scheduled destination.
Before confirming your reservation, we discuss wheelchair dimensions, accessibility at pickup and destination, assistance needs, and return-trip arrangements. This helps us determine whether we can accommodate the trip and provide an accurate quote. Service is subject to availability.

For seniors who walk independently or use a cane or walker, CVSMCS offers transportation with patience and personal attention. We help passengers reach medical appointments, follow-up visits, and other scheduled destinations in Fresno and Clovis.

Gurney
Transportation
For passengers who need to travel lying down, CVSMCS offers non-emergency gurney transportation with a two-person transport team. We coordinate scheduled trips for medical appointments, hospital discharges, and transfers between home and care facilities, subject to availability and suitability.
Before confirming a trip, we discuss the passenger’s assistance needs, access at pickup and destination, and any requirements provided by the arranging facility. We review whether our service can accommodate the trip and explain pricing and arrangements in advance. This service does not provide emergency medical care; call 911 for an emergency.
